A Change in Plans

We decided we would give our last years 15,000 sf haunt site another go, after all it would be a quick and easy thing to get it through the city this year right? We knew the building the architects knew the building, just drop in the new layout....Well that was the plan, till we found out they leased out our building.  The management company has been great though, and has offered us another building in a busier location however it is smaller and has been broken up into smaller sections, which has proven to be a challenge in redesigning the layout to fit. But after walking the site several times I think this location could be a really great move for us.
